Refund & Return Policy – Dress-Chique
Clearance & Final Sale Items
For items purchased in sale, Dress-Chique offers a 30-day return policy. To qualify, returns must meet the following requirements:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

A valid proof of purchase must be included.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.
If your clearance purchase arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@dresshique.com. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or store credit to make sure you’re satisfied.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Unopened Items: Products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within the 30-day window.

Opened Items: Items that have been opened are eligible for return only if they remain unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
Replacements for Sale Items
While sale purchases are live, we understand that sizing or color issues may occasionally occur. If this happens, we’re happy to provide a free replacement of the correct size or color (subject to availability). If a replacement is not available, we will work with you to find the best alternative solution.
If no other color or size of the same product is available, the purchase amount will be given to the customer as store credit so that they can choose another product themselves. In that case, a refund is not possible.
